I have been a customer of HiFi Attic for 6 years. These ARE the guys! Call the store, ask for Kane, and he will help you make an informed decision about what to purchase. Kane is the audio Guru! If you are seriously looking for quality equipment, which by the way does not have to break the bank, either audio or visual gear, then call Kane or Malcolm.

Kane and Malcolm are fantastic music and HiFi enthusiasts. Their store is extremely welcoming, and they have created a community here in Kelowna for other enthusiasts to network. At any time of the day or week, you can pop in the store and have your questions answered, talk about new products, and audition new gear. Malcom is always willing to ensure you get the best price, and Kane’s incredible knowledge of the hobby, makes this shop very unique in that you don’t leave with having spent more money than you needed to. They will never over sell you or push you toward a direction, but instead, guide you down your own audio path, which is rare and pressure free. Fantastic experience dealing with Jeannette. She went the extra mile in terms of service and was happy to work around my schedule to make sure I could pick up components outside regular hours. Her recommendations for cabling were spot on as well. I will be purchasing other products from Hifi Attic in the future.

Received the best customer service, support and advice on our new sound system thanks to the Great Team at HiFi Attic. Both Jeanette and Malcolm went above and beyond to find out what we were looking for and offered recommendation on equipment. The install was amazing and they were able to connect our new system with part of our existing set up. A few weeks after install, we had a problem connecting our projector (user error on our part) and they were happy to work with us and help us figure it out. I cant say enough about the customer service and support they offered.

As for price, they worked within our budget and did not pressure us into something more advanced (expensive) that would be above what we were able to spend. Highly recommend HiFi Attic…You will not be disappointed.

Best place in town to get HiFi audio gear.

I came in looking at Bowers and Wilkins speakers and matching rotel receiver/amplifier with recommendations on what would work best for my set up. I’m absolutely blown away at my new sound. I can hear things in music that I’ve never heard before.

The service is great too. They amplifier that I wanted was out of stock so they let me borrow the equivalent unit until my item is available. That is quality service and I will continue to go back for my audio goodies.

Malcolm and Kane are really great to deal with. So happy to have a store like this in our community. They are always willing to answer my questions and let me listen to equipment I’m interested in. I like how they pursue interesting brands on top of the many they already sell. The service they provide is top-notch and I recommend them to anyone. I purchased a new cartridge for my turntable here today and they installed it and set it all up for a really good price. It’s a night and day difference. The rest of the store is awesome too. Definitely recommend for all audio needs!
