Contacted them about repairing my turntable. Seemed fine when they tested it (may have just been a slightly loose tonearm). Ended up buying an amplifier! I felt like I was hanging out at a friend’s house listening to music. An hour and a half passed, and it felt like minutes. Will be back soon for speakers for sure!

This store has provided me with one of my favourite things in the world. My stereo. The staff is always accommodating, extremely knowledgeable, and sells some of the very best equipment out there. The amount of smiles, giggles, and literal tears of joy my stereo has provided over the years, all purchased at The HiFi Attic, is simply uncountable!!! Kane was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when I was getting some work done on a vintage turntable. I knew nothing about turntables, and he took the time to walk me through everything and I would absolutely recommend Kane and the Hifi Attic to anyone looking for a high level of support and knowledge for all things audio!

In all my years, I have never had such incredible customer service. It began with a home visit (I live just under 2 hours away) to discuss how to get surround sound in our living room. Malcolm said he would take back an old system – his rationale was he wants his customers to be completely satisfied. Wow!! Installation was quick. Over the top customer service and always available. Highly, highly recommended!!
