Kane was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when I was getting some work done on a vintage turntable. I knew nothing about turntables, and he took the time to walk me through everything and I would absolutely recommend Kane and the Hifi Attic to anyone looking for a high level of support and knowledge for all things audio!

In all my years, I have never had such incredible customer service. It began with a home visit (I live just under 2 hours away) to discuss how to get surround sound in our living room. Malcolm said he would take back an old system – his rationale was he wants his customers to be completely satisfied. Wow!! Installation was quick. Over the top customer service and always available. Highly, highly recommended!!
