The following returns policy applies to all items sold on or after January 1, 2023. Refunds and/or returns are possible within 30 calendar days of your purchase. If 30 calendar days have passed since your purchase, please get in touch with us directly by email or call 1-888-533-9517.
To be eligible to apply for a return your item must be unused, unopened, repackaged with all the cords/adapters/documentation included when you received it, and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging in sellable condition. Opened items may be considered for partial in-store credit, please inquire.
There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return/refund/in-store credit, including:
- Opened software/module add-on items
- Software Up-to-Date Program Products (software upgrades)
- Gift Cards or Gift Certificates
- Developer products & service (membership, technical support incidents, completed service/installation)
To complete your return we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds/in-store credit are/is granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use (including but not limited to opened box if originally sent as sealed or damaged box/item)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item 30 days past delivery date
To begin the process please get in touch with us by email or phone 1-888-533-9517 to determine eligibility for return and receive shipping instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/in-store credit application.
If you are approved your refund/in-store credit will be processed less return shipping fees and a restocking fee of 20%. A credit will be applied to your credit card within 15 calendar days of us determining return eligibility.
Late or missing refunds
If after the 15 calendar days of us notifying you of your successful return application you haven’t received a refund/in-store credit notification, please contact us. Once we have confirmed refund/in-store credit status, contact your credit card company and/or financial institution as it may take some time before funds are officially posted – that part is our of our hands.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but may be eligible for in-store credit.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please contact us directly for return approval. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will work with the gift giver for return approval.
You should never send an item back without return approval, nor should you refuse the item at time of shipping. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs if return approval has been authorized for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund/in-store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund/in-store credit. Depending on where you live, it time it may take for your product to reach you. Shipping insurance is required if you are approved to return an item, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Canadian Sales & Return Policy
Thanks for shopping with us. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the wonderful hifi products we sell. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing these products, whether you’re online or in person. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions with us. We’ll be as brief as we can while ensuring accuracy of the message. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase with us, you agree to the terms set forth below.
Standard Return / Refund / Credit Policy
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from us. That’s because we go out of our way to find unique products of exceptional quality. Sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to applying to return a product.
For any undamaged product, simply contact us for approval to return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 calendar days of the date you purchased the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund/in-store credit. In addition, please note the following:
- Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
- The following products are not eligible for return: electronic software downloads, subscriptions, Gift Cards, and any Developer products.
- In the case of items returned with a gift receipt, we will offer you in-store credit
- Opened software and/or module items cannot be returned if it contained a seal with the software license on the outside of the package and you could read the software license before opening its packaging.
- Our manufacturers provide security features to enable you to protect your product in case of loss or theft. If these features have been activated and cannot be disabled by the person in possession of the item, we may refuse the return or exchange.
Manufacturer Upgrade Programs
Any manufacturer upgrade programs that might be available at the will of the manufacturer and may cease at any time. Please contact us for details.
Additional Terms
Making unauthorized modifications voids all return/refund possibility. Should you be unable to use your product due to an unauthorized modification, its repair will not be covered under warranty.
Pricing
We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at/on our website or in our soundrooms at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the event you have been charged more than the posted price for a product, please see us for a refund of the overcharge.
Should the manufacturer reduce a price on any product within 3 calendar days from the date you purchased your product, feel free to contact us at 1-888-533-9517 to apply for a refund or credit for the difference in posted price if applicable. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events. Price protection is only available for 1 unit of a particular product. Additionally, we require that you have the product with you or otherwise have proof of possession when requesting price protection.
Prices shown are in Canadian dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa or MasterCard, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
Order Acceptance / Confirmation
We may, in our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. We may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount.
Shipping & Delivery
Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once it leaves our soundrooms, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. As we take care of the dispatch of the products you purchase, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you should receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact us to resolve.
In-Store Pick Up and Return
We offer in-store pickup. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. We will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. We’ll also send you a reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. If you don’t pick up your order, we may cancel it.
Pick Up Contact
If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID and order number for pickup. We are not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.
Consumers Only
We sell and ship products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.
Products purchased online from us will only be shipped to addresses within Canada and are subject to Canada and foreign export control laws and regulations. Products must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with these export laws and regulations. To purchase products online from outside of Canada, please contact us.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of products, we may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. We reserve the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when we confirm your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
