This is a new original stock Akai RS-200 stylus in original packaging. The Akai RS-200 RS200 stylus is used with the Akai PC-200 PC200 phono cartridge. The stylus features a highly polished hyperelliptical diamond for excellent tracing accuracy, reduced record wear and harmonically opulent sound quality. This original stock stylus was made in Japan. Other replacement stylus retail for $129 USD and more. Outer box has the expected wear from being part of active inventory for the last 40+ years. The inner plastic case is in intact and has not been opened. Not a reissue, no manufacturer warranty.
