Our team is looking for a Custom Integration Technician and a Sales Consultant – separate positions or a hybrid of the two, as we continue to grow.

We’ve been in the hifi business for a loooong time, originally starting out as a Kelly’s franchise store downtown Vernon almost 50 years ago. Our history in the Okanagan predates the walkman and cell phone. We remember when we got our first fax machine. It was so cool. How we consume music has changed a lot over the decades but what remains the same is our enthusiasm for helping people love their music. For us, it’s always been people that make the difference. That’s where you come in.

We have a small but dedicated team where everyone is involved in all aspects of the business – from setting up new products in our demo rooms, to emptying the garbage when we see that it’s full. We’re upgrading our CRM and tapping into new markets all while keeping in touch with our valued customers, some of whom we’ve known for decades. It’s a dynamic environment where no two days are ever quite the same. We love it.

So it makes sense that our next team member is a high-end technology home solutions professional who keeps up to date on the latest in premium brands to deliver exceptional customer-focused experiences. Custom Integration Technician: Premium Audio-Visual Solutions

The ideal candidate will be familiar with current CI technologies, products, installations, and troubleshooting techniques. You’re a team player and have experience installing A/V components, streaming media, displays, wall/ceiling mounts, projectors, speakers, multi-zone/room audio, networking, and pre-wiring. An understanding and knowledge of building code is a strong asset and a drivers’ license is required. This is a hybrid position with shared responsibilities for in-store sales and customer support. Sales Consultant: Hifi Audio

You work collaboratively to achieve store sales goals, can analyze current industry market trends and apply your knowledge as it relates locally, are eager to develop new markets (walk-ins, business to business outreach, etc) and naturally deepen existing customer relationships through creating a community of audio/technology enthusiasts and hobbyists. You are the subject matter expert and are willing to seek the right answers for the customers – always. This can also be a hybrid position with custom integration technician.
